After 3 months of training and two local road races on my new BOLA ELT 50 carbon wheels, I can’t believe how much value I’m getting. The stiffness is incredible—every watt transfers straight forward when sprinting or climbing steep gradients. The factory hubs spin smoother than my old brand-name wheels with zero noticeable drag. On windy days, the rim profile cuts through crosswinds way better than I expected, no scary wobbles at 40km/h. Disc braking stays consistent in light rain, no brake fade or weird resin smell. Weight is spot on as advertised, sub 1450g for the pair. For less than half the cost of Zipp or Hunt, these deliver near-pro level performance. Highly recommend to budget racers chasing KOMs. 5/5 without hesitation.

These BOLA 35mm gravel carbon wheels handle gravel, dirt roads and pavement equally well. 25mm internal width supports 40c tubeless tires perfectly, low pressure ride comfort is night and day vs narrow road rims. The reinforced rim sidewalls resist scrapes from rocky trails, I’ve ridden rough country tracks with zero damage. Hub sound is moderate, not overly loud on descents. Light enough for steep gravel climbs, stiff enough for fast off-road sprints. Great all-terrain carbon set for gravel racers and weekend adventure riders.
