Spoke design - 6-spoke monocoque: a drag-cutting closed-section wheel for tri, time trial and disc-road racing; sealed spokes mean no individual repair.

Hub bearings - ceramic: pick them for smooth, fast roll on closed courses; they reward the clean-line rider.

Tire width - 21mm bed: favor 25-28mm rubber for aero; wider adds comfort and drag.

Aero vs Crosswind: The integrated six-spoke aero section saves about 5.0W versus a conventional 32-spoke box-section wheelset at 40km/h on flat tri/TT courses; at 10° yaw the deep aero section picks up side wind, so it rewards sheltered, straight efforts more than gusty, rolling terrain.
Weight vs Stiffness: The T700/T800 hybrid build comes in at about 1425g (tape and valve excluded, ±2%); the rigid six-spoke structure delivers very high lateral stiffness and direct power transfer, at the cost of a harsher ride that wider 28mm tyres at lower pressure help to soften.
Tire-Type Trade-off: The hooked tubeless bed accepts 25–28c tubeless clinchers; tubeless cuts rolling resistance and pinch-flat risk but needs tape, valve and sealant. There is no tubular glue-on option.
Sourcing & Delivery Trade-off: A stock build ships in 1–3 business days at $650; a custom freehub, decal or build adds 7–15 business days and a modest upcharge.
Config Ladder: Choose the freehub body — HG, XDR or XD — to match your drivetrain for a small upcharge; the rear BL 100 54T ratchet already gives 6.7° engagement, so no faster-ratchet upgrade is required. Bearing grade is to be confirmed at order.

A Shimano HG freehub is fitted, so an HG cassette mounts directly; note at checkout if you run SRAM XD/XDR and we will fit the matching body.

Each set ships tubeless-ready with rim tape, valve and spare spokes included, so you can mount tyres and add sealant without ordering anything extra.
How does a six-spoke aero wheel handle crosswinds on fast descents?
An optimised profile keeps steering torque predictable at 10°–15° yaw, so the six-spoke front stays planted rather than being yanked sideways in gusts.
Can I run ordinary clincher tyres on these hooked rims, not just tubeless?
Hooked rims accept standard clincher tyres directly, so ordinary wired or folding tyres work without any tubeless conversion.
Will I really pay no customs or VAT for delivery to the US and EU?
